I was introduced to Bikram Yoga four years ago when I took a class with a friend. All I remember was how hot I thought the class was and that I couldn't breathe!
90 minutes later when the class was over I felt great and had a workout unlike any day in the gym. I remember going back the next time and again my body felt energized and the stress of the day lifted. I run my own business by day and have the pressures of deadlines, committments and multi-tasking thrown at me daily. Bikram Yoga has taken away the feeling of that daily pressure. I began to organize my day to be more efficient and it's the only thing I look forward to on a routine basis. I became an instructor so others can see by my example how life changing Bikram Yoga actually is. I look forward to having you in my class....NAMASTE!
